If you (somehow) find another online store with a lower price then please let us know. Simply email us at support@boldcleaningequipment.com.au with a link to the same product on a competitor's website.
Once we have a chance to verify the pricing, we will match or beat the price you found. No questions asked!
Please note that the price must be the total price, that includes any shipping costs and taxes that may be charged by the comparison site.
Here's the Price Match Guarantee guidelines:
- Product must be like for like. We'll sometimes need to verify the SKU if we need to make sure the product is the same.
- The item must be in stock on the competitors website.
- The price must be the total price, including any shipping cost and taxes that may be charged on the competitors website.
- Promotions, rebates, clearance items or buy one - get one free are ineligible
- We may be unable to match wholesale or manufacturer pricing
How do I request a price beat / match?
1. Email the product link, your shipping address, and a screenshot of the shipping estimate (displaying your shipping address) to support@boldcleaningequipment.com.au.
2. We'll see what we can do on the price, and get back to you either by phone or email as soon as possible.
3. Save! Once approved, we'll either offer you a price match, or even better, a price beat!
